'Pani Mein Crocodile He': Tourist Desperately Hangs Onto Boat While River Rafting In Rishikesh

Imagine being brave for the first time in life and trying something new and adventurous. And since we're humans it's okay to fail and second-guess your decisions. Like the woman in the following video who regretted trying river rafting and climbing into the water. Her panic is visible and her struggle clear. What's probably left people asking questions online is why someone would post such a video online or even attempt to make light of a situation such as this. Here's what went on.

In the clip shared on Instagram, the woman in a life jacket can be clearly seen struggling to stay afloat. Possibly afraid of water and what's in it, the woman in question pleads with the man helping her into the water to pull her back up. The man then insists she try a little harder, but that doesn't seem to work for the woman who continues to panic while shouting her pleas.

The video also shows another man coolly hanging onto the side of the boat and floating in the water. The stark contrast in the reactions of the two of them probably makes the viewer feel her plight more. Watch the video and gauge for yourself.

The video was posted on April 22, 2024, on the Instagram pages adventure_with_rishabh and jituchauhan.jituchauhan.148. The video has 897K views, 13.3K likes and various types of comments. The internet had mixed reactions with some calling out whoever shared the video online stating that it was probably one of the worst moments in the woman's life.

"This is not funny at all. no matter how many years of experience you have. what if she had a panic attack and it leads to something serious situation?" asked one user. "Don't force anyone to dip into water especially if he or she is getting afraid openly. She can undergo trauma and gradually face panic attacks," cautioned another. "Why to force here, let her come on boat," asked a third.

There were also comments making light of the situation. "Bhaiya pani mai zeher hai," teased one user. "Her profile: love adventures!" wrote another taking a little dig at the woman in the video. "Bechari pahado waali maggie khane ayi thi , paani pee rahi hai," added one more user.
