Earlier X user Mario Nawfal had shared the video on the popular site with the caption, ¡°The unusual phenomenon is believed to have been caused by a tornado scooping the fish up from the sea and throwing them into the sky, where they later rained down.¡± The tweet was taken down later on but had already spread like wildfire on other pages.

The video opens with a shot of cars driving down a busy road amid a heavy downpour and a lot of fish falling from the sky. The man shooting the video can't believe he could catch the rare phenomenon on camera. It was a scene right out of Sharknado. Meanwhile, any guesses about waterspouts being the culprits behind this can't be done away with entirely.
Hotter temperatures mean hotter oceans and seas, and according to some experts the hotter the air, the more water it absorbs. A genius hoax or an undisputed truth, that's for you to figure out dear reader.
