US: Police Arrest Woman For Breaking In Dental Clinic, Stealing Cash, Extracting 13 Teeth From Clueless Patient

In a shocking incident, a woman in US' Nevada was arrested for breaking into a dental office, stealing cash and pulling out more than a dozen teeth from a clueless patient.
Laurel Eich, who worked at the dental clinic but didn't have a medical license, admitted to detectives that she performed the procedure to extract 13 teeth from an unidentified person and used anaesthetic disposed of by the dental office, New York Daily News reported.
The disturbing incident came to light as police were investigating a break-in at a dental office that took place on May 3, on Sun Valley Boulevard. Police found a broken window and a cash drawer that was tempered with.
The burglar, who had already fled the building, stole nearly $23,000 in cash and checks, Washoe County Sheriff¡¯s Office said in a news release.
A lengthy investigation eventually led detectives to Eich, who is accused of planning and executing the break-in. The illegal tooth extractions happened on a different date before the burglary, according to the release.

The suspect was arrested on Wednesday and charged with two counts of burglary and one count each of grand larceny, conspiracy to commit burglary and perform surgery on another without a medical license.
It is not known what she did with the teeth or why she pulled them out.
