After Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan joins Mumbai property boom, buys apartment worth Rs 9.75 crore

Following suit, Aamir Khan has also added a new property to his assets. As per a report by Zoom Entertainment, he has purchased a posh residential property in Mumbai's Bandra suburb.

Following suit, Aamir Khan has also added a new property to his assets. As per a report by Zoom Entertainment, he has purchased a posh residential property in Mumbai's Bandra suburb.
Interestingly, it is in the same complex where he already owns several residential units.
According to registration documents reviewed by SquareYards.com, the actor invested Rs 9.75 crore in the property. A report from Zoom indicates that he incurred stamp duty amounting to Rs 58 lakh and paid a registration fee of Rs 30,000 for the property.
Details of Aamir Khan's latest purchase
As per Zoom, the transaction was completed on June 25. The property is located in Bella Vista Apartments in Pali Hill, where Aamir Khan reportedly holds nine out of the 24 units. Additionally, he owns units in the adjacent Marina Apartments building. Aamir's former wives, Reena Dutta and Kiran Rao, also reside in the same complex, which is reportedly scheduled for redevelopment. The new property spans approximately 1,027 square feet.
Aamir Khan¡¯s other properties
According to Housing.com, Aamir Khan also possesses a farmhouse in Panchgani and another apartment on Mumbai's Carter Road. Additionally, he holds properties in Uttar Pradesh. Known for his discerning approach to film roles, Aamir reportedly secures lucrative profit-sharing arrangements, earning a percentage of the backend profits from his movies. He has starred in several of Bollywood's most successful films, including Dangal, which continues to hold the record as the highest-grossing Indian film worldwide.
After the critical and commercial setback of Laal Singh Chaddha, a remake of the Hollywood classic Forrest Gump, Aamir Khan took a brief break. He is scheduled to make a comeback later this year with Sitaare Zameen Par, a sequel to his acclaimed 2007 film Taare Zameen Par. In June, his elder son Junaid Khan debuted as an actor in the Netflix movie Maharaj.
