These properties are located in Oberoi Realty¡¯s prestigious residential project, Eternia, in Mulund West, Mumbai. Registration documents from Square Yards reveal that the Bachchans acquired ten apartments in total. Eight of these apartments feature a carpet area of 1,049 square feet each, while the remaining two are 912 square feet each. Additionally, each apartment purchase includes two designated car parking spaces.

For this transaction, the Bachchan family paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.50 crore. In terms of individual purchases, Abhishek Bachchan bought six apartments for around Rs 14.77 crore, while Amitabh Bachchan purchased four for about Rs 10.18 crore.
