If you doubt that, the latest video of Microsoft's Hyderabad office, which is even approved by the tech giant, can surely change your mind.
Microsoft Employees Share Hyderabad Office Video
As per the video, Microsoft employees seem to have it all, including a gorgeous campus, complimentary snacks, a nap room, a good work-life balance, and workplace flexibility.
Microsoft employees recently joined in on a trend by posting a reel on Instagram that showcased the benefits they get at work, as per a Moneycontrol report. The video has already garnered more than 25,000 likes on Instagram.
The company's sprawling 54-acre Hyderabad campus appears to have served as the location for filming the reel. Three buildings on the environmentally friendly and energy-efficient campus feature state-of-the-art safety systems.
Additionally, it features a multi-cuisine cafeteria open around-the-clock on each floor with informal meeting spaces for coffee, tea, fruits, health drinks, lassi, and infused water. All of the facilities also serve hot filter coffee. "Employees can recharge and refresh at any given time," Microsoft stated on its website.
The campus also features a pharmacy, an air-conditioned bus service with WiFi, an 800-seat outdoor amphitheater with landscaping, 24-hour ambulance service, ATMs, and a fully-stocked gym with trainers, yoga, and aerobics classes.
'Love This Post', Microsoft Responds To The Video
Responding to the reel, Microsoft Life commented, "We're Microsoft Life, of course we love this post!" "It's a post by our Microsoft employees, of course it's gonna be wholesome!" added Microsoft India Development Centre.
Soon, many other reactions began coming in.
"We are Microsoft employees, of course we go for 4 days of morale outing trip, which is coming soon," wrote Namita Jain (@namita.jain.03). "We are Microsoft employees, of course, remote working folks are missing campus and making reels with the team," said Kanika Vij (@gruesome.optimist). The video also triggered a common feeling among non-Microsoft employees (including this writer's) -- jealousy.
"We aren't Microsoft employees, of course we are jealous as hell right now," commented Rutuja Gundecha (@rutujagundecha). "Of course, I don¡¯t have this in my life. Hence, I am sad and jealous with 49 others," added Sona Gupta (sonagupta_).
