What The CEO Said

The Mission¡¯s Beginning: A Special Story
Earlier in the year 2019, Lamborghini had sent a piece of carbon fibre composite for research purposes to the International Space Station (ISS), as a part of a joint research project.
According to a press release by Lamborghini, the company will soon be releasing this NFT collection, which has a special story.
So the special thing about the ¡®physical space keys¡¯ is that they are made from material that has been to actual space. They are shaped and made from samples of carbon fibre that Lamborghini had sent to the ISS.
Each space key will have a digital twin piece of art as an NFT that will be accessible through scanning a QR code on the back of the physical asset.
This collection is made up of 5 exclusive space-themed digital artworks created by a yet undisclosed artist. The collection can be accessed by owning one of five special ¡®Space
But more details about the artist¡¯s identity and an auction date for the collection is expected to be announced soon.
The space themes NFT collection had been made in partnership with NFT PRO, an enterprise NFT solution that has also worked with famous brands like Adidas, Sotheby¡¯s, and Juventus football club in bringing their NFT integration to the market.

Not The Only Initiative Of Lamborghini
This space-themed NFT initiative is the first but the only one has been taken up by Lamborghini.
After kick-starting this mission and sending a piece of carbon fibre composite to ISS in 2019, the luxury automobile company issued a series of digital postage stamps in collaboration with BITSTAMPS in 2020. And that¡¯s not all.
It also started using blockchain to track the authenticity of vintage cars, in November 2019.
