Khrisha Shah is a social worker and entrepreneur from Mumbai. The youngest child of Neelam and Nikunj Shah, she studied Social Policy and Development at the London School of Economics and earned a degree in Political Economics from the University of California.

Her career began at Accenture in the UK before she returned to India to pursue her entrepreneurial ambitions. She started a social network firm called Dysco. The idea behind this venture was ¡°Creative Collaboration, International Networking, and Community Building,¡±

She started #Lovenotfea, a mental health campaign to raise awareness of issues with mental health amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

Khrisha¡¯s background

As reported by India Today, Nikunj Shah, Khrisha Shah¡¯s late father, was the chairman and managing director of Nikunj Enterprises, where he successfully ran a business in Mumbai until his passing in 2021. He also served as the director of SVS Aqua Technology, which gained attention in 2021 following a manufacturing fire in Pune. After his death, his son Mishal took over the family business.

Neelam Shah, Khrisha¡¯s mother, is a fashion designer who re-entered the industry in 2010 alongside her elder daughter Nriti, after being away for 25 years, according to India Today.

Mishal, Khrisha¡¯s older brother, manages their father's business while also running a startup. Khrisha is the co-founder and CEO of Dysco, where Mishal serves as COO, and he is also a director at Nikunj Group, their father's company.

On her personal website, Krisha Shah shared about her professional pursuits: ¡°My current professional interests centre around driving social change by enabling interdisciplinary dialogue and intentional collaborations.¡±

Anmol Ambani's vision led to revival of his father's businesses

Amidst Anil Ambani's financial troubles in the early 2010s, his conglomerate, the Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group (ADAG), faced mounting debt and declining profits. However, Anmol Ambani's emergence as a leader brought a glimmer of hope. Taking charge of operations within the Reliance group, Anmol's strategic initiatives led to a remarkable 40% surge in stock prices, garnering praise from his father.
