In a twist, this time fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) startup Fit and Flex has sent a legal notice to Sony Pictures Networks accusing them of not honoring their ¡®contractual obligations¡¯. The startup alleges that SPN deactivated their social media accounts, leading to operational disruptions. Fit and Flex claims that Sony violated partnership terms, didn't fulfill contractual obligations, and ignored attempts at resolution, causing significant challenges for the business.
¡°Despite numerous attempts to resolve these issues, we have faced complete radio silence from Sony, augmenting our challenges and highlighting the lack of accountability,¡± Pathik Patel, Founder of Fit & Flex, said as quoted by a Pinkvilla report..
Fit and Flex, a snacking brand featured on Shark Tank India season 3, sought Rs 1 crore from the Sharks in exchange for a 3% stake in their company during their pitch. However, they did not secure any deal with the investors.

Shark Tank India 3 concluded in March
Shark Tank India 3 premiered on January 22, featuring six new judges alongside veterans from previous seasons. As the founder and director of Shaadi.com and a longstanding 'Shark' on the show since its inception, he posted a video compilation of his memorable moments from Shark Tank India. The video included his fellow sharks Namita Thapar, Vineeta Singh, and Aman Gupta. In the caption, Mittal hinted that applications for Shark Tank India season 4 would likely start soon.
