But wait. That's not all. As crazy as it gets, there are even more unusual Guinness world records out there. Curious to know? Read on to explore some of the craziest Guinness world records surrounding money:
Biggest piggy bank
Installed in Ludwigsburg, Germany, the world's biggest piggy bank is a bright red oinker made of fiberglass and reinforced plastic. Measuring 18 feet 3.7 inch high and 26 feet 4.3 inch long, this piggy bank grabbed the Guinness world record in the year 2015.

While some money was inserted into it using a small crane, as a ceremonial gesture, this piggy bank's purpose has been to be a part of the exhibition teaching visitors about the history and importance of money.
Largest human currency symbol
This record is undoubtedly a special one for us Indians. The human currency symbol is of Indian Rupee, which was created by 1,717 participants, achieved by Rotaract club of A.C.Tech-Anna University & Nam Bharatha Sevai (NBS) (both India), in Tamil Nadu, in the year 2018. Now that's something to be really proud of, right?
Most expensive bank robbery
As per Guinness world records, the greatest bank robbery took place in 2007 at the Dar es Salaam Investment Bank in Baghdad, Iraq. As per reports, it was an inside job, with two or more of the bank's security guards involved in that robbery. The thieves ran off with $282 million US Dollars as well as 220 million Iraqi Dinars (worth around $173,000 at that time).

Since the robbery took place during the Iraqi Civil War (2006¨C2008), no one seems to have ever been charged due to lack of adequate evidence and resources. But the biggest unanswered question that remains is how a relatively small private bank possessed $282 million US Dollars in cash!
Most expensive lunch date through auction
We all must have our own special list of favourite restaurants or cafes where we like or wish to go someday with our loved ones? Whether it's with your special someone, friends or parents, splurging money on those days never feels regretful, right? But have you ever wondered about paying a whopping $2.1 million for a lunch date? Sounds insane, right? But one man did exactly that.
At a charity auction held in 2008, a Hong Kong investor named Zhao Danyang paid that huge amount to have lunch with none other than Warren Buffett. Zhao enjoyed that meal for himself and seven friends accompanied by Mr. Buffett at Smith & Wollensky's steakhouse in New York. As far as the proceeds from the auction were concerned, they went to a charity which helps the poor and homeless in San Francisco.
