Awadh, a long-standing restaurant on the Upper West Side, has undergone a transformation by Gaurav Anand and Aarthi Sampath, now known as Baazi. This two-story, vibrant-blue eatery has not only changed its appearance but also its menu.?
The focus is on showcasing lesser-known regional dishes from North and South India and Goa.?One of the highlights is the chicken cafreal, a cornish hen infused with the flavors of mint and cilantro.
