This is a simple recipe for making Parle-G Pudding at home.?
Ingredients you need - Start shopping
Use 1 packet of Parle-G biscuits?
2 cups regular milk?
1/2 cup refined sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch?
1 teaspoon vanilla extract?
A pinch of salt1/4 cup water?
Let the cooking begin
Take a pan, heat 1 1/2 cups of milk over medium heat until it starts to warm. Do not boil the milk. Next up, make the cornstarch mixture. In a small bowl, mix the remaining 1/2 cup of milk with the cornstarch, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the cornstarch and sugar are dissolved. Mix the two and cook. Slowly add the cornstarch mixture to the warm milk in the saucepan. Stir continuously to prevent lumps. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and starts to bubble. This should take about 5-7 minutes.?
Remove it from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Now the final touches. Break the Parle-G biscuits into small pieces and layer them at the bottom of serving glasses or bowls. Then pour the warm pudding over the biscuit layer. Smoothen the top with a spoon and allow it to cool and set.?
