Seviyan, which is also called vermicilli, quite simple to prepare. After seeing Vicky's post, we started craving for the dessert too. And if you are also craving the sweet dish like us and don't know how to make the perfect one. We're here to guide you. Here's an easy 3 step method to cook simple and tasty seviyaan.
1 cup Vermicilli (seviyaan)
2 tbsp ghee or butter
2 cups milk
1/4 cup sugar.
First roast the seviyan over medium heat in a little bit of ghee/butter until they are light brown. Please make sure not to burn them. Then add milk to the seviyan and keep boiling it for 5-7 minutes. Add sugar and keep stirring until the sugar is dissolved and the dessert looks nice and creamy.
