Not Vicky Kaushal but Sunny Deol did the Tauba Tauba step first, this viral video is proof

You've probably seen posts on Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, or any other social media platform featuring Vicky Kaushal dancing to the song Tauba Tauba from his film Bad Newz. Vicky's appearance in the song has won over many fans, and his dance movies are to die for. Fans have shared reels, recreated the steps, and whatnot. Amidst all of this Tauba Tauba obsession, Sunny Deol has claimed that not Vicky Kaushal but he did the Tauba Tauba step first and that too years ago! Don’t believe it? We have proof (A funny one though).

A social media user took to Instagram and shared a clip from Sunny Deol’s movie Ajay in which he could be seen dancing and doing a step that looks a little too similar to the one Vicky did. Sunny's clip is from the song Chammak Challo, however Tauba Tauba is playing in the video instead of the original music.?

Sunny Deol reacts to the viral video

Sunny reshared the same clip on Instagram and wrote, “When they say you can't dance, and then you find you did it before anyone else did."

Karan Johar also re-posted the video on his Instagram Stories. He wrote alongside the clip, "OMG!!!!!! He did it first!!!! Sunny sir (red heart emojis)."
