With less than two months to go for the film, social media is abuzz with rumours of the future of the franchise. Amid the buzzing excitement, the makers have finally reacted to the possibility of a potential Pushpa 3.
After Allu Arjun initially sparked conversation around a potential threequel, producer Ravi Shankar has now confirmed Pushpa 3. While details related to the film, such as the plot, a new addition to the cast, and release date, have been kept under wraps, he said everything would depend on the audience's reception to the second part. Exciting, isn't it?
¡°If you all made the film a huge hit, we¡¯d give you Pushpa 3. There¡¯s a solid lead for Pushpa 3. Definitely, it¡¯s happening," Shankar said.
Earlier this year, while attending the Berlin Film Festival 2024 in February, Allu Arjun had teased Pushpa 3. He had remarked, ¡°You can definitely expect part three, we do want to make it a franchise and we have exciting ideas for the lineup.¡±
Allu Arjun on Thursday (October 24) shared a post confirming the new release date of 'Pushpa 2: The Rule'. The film, directed by Sukumar, and also featuring Fahaadh Faasil and Rashmika Mandanna, will now hit the big screens on December 5. Earlier it was slated for a December 6 release. The post featured by the Icon Star features his character holding a gun with a cigar in his mouth. The side note read, ¡°Pushpa 2: The Rule on Dec 5th.¡±
