A Confession is all about missing girls in a town and how police investigate their cases. The show is inspired by real-life events that took place in 2011. The real-life detective in the cases, Superintendent Steve Fulcher, is being played by Martin Freeman, who takes up the case and also solves it.?
Several cars driving towards a crime scene are shown in the trailer shared by Netflix. In the next scene, detective Steve is shown addressing the media people. Later in the trailer video, statements of the parents of the missing girls are shown. Detective Steve is then shown speaking to the parents of the missing girls. Further, detective Steve is shown working on the missing girls case with his team.?
All about the real-life disappearance of Sian O¡¯Callaghan in 2011
Sian Emma O'Callaghan was a 22-year-old British woman who disappeared in England, having last been seen at a nightclub in March 2011. Her body was found four days later of her missing in Oxfordshire. In October 2012, at Bristol Crown Court, 48-year-old Christopher Halliwell pleaded guilty to O'Callaghan's murder.
