Amid Joe-Sophie's Divorce, Internet Questions PC-Nick’s Marriage - What's The World Coming To?

Another famous couple who is bearing the brunt of social media’s scrutiny is none other than singer Joe Jonas and Game Of Thrones actress Sophie Turner. A few days back, news started doing the rounds that the Jonas Brothers singer had consulted a couple of divorce attorneys and hence, a round of speculation began. While many expressed disappointment, others had fun at the couple’s expense.?

Many international publications include E! confirmed that this news is indeed true as per court documents.

As per the petition filed by Joe, it notes that their two daughters—Willa, 3, and a 14-month old baby girl (identified in documents by the initials D.J.)—have been living with the singer in his Miami home, as well as other residences in the U.S.

As for the custody arrangement for their daughters, the documents state that "it is in the best interests of the minor children that the parties have shared parental responsibility."?

Furthermore, the petition also requested the establishment of a "timesharing schedule providing for frequent and continuing contact with both parties" and the "child support obligation of each party."

Joe, 34, and Sophie, 27, who were married for four years, also have a valid prenuptial agreement. Many other reports also suggest that the real reason why the couple called it quits is that Joe is more of a homebody who likes to stay indoors while Turner is a ‘party-lover’ who likes a certain kind of lifestyle.

A while ago, Sophie officially posted a statement to put all speculations to rest.

One user was quick to point out at all the hate that Nickyanka is getting,?

This isn't the first time that Priyanka has been at the receiving end of unreasonable hate. A while ago, an international publication defined her as a 'con artist'. The article dissected her and Nick Jona's wedding and listed weird reasons stating that PC had only married the Jonas Brothers singer for clout!

I'm sure, many people on the internet would probably call this a paid article and accuse the writer/publication of being paid to whitewash Priyanka Chopra's image but this comes from genuine curiosity - why have we as a society become so negative that we are seeking entertainment in making fun of a married couple?
