The makers of Jitendra Kumar and Neena Gupta starrer show have been teasing Panchayat season 3's release date for a long time now. It has been almost two years since the second season came out and since then fans are only waiting for an update. A few days ago, Amazon Prime Video teased us once again revealing that the release date will be out soon.?

So, when is Panchayat season 3 releasing??

Earlier on Reddit, people started speculating that the show is releasing on May 13. "The best thing on internet for me," said an excited user. However, there's no official confirmation on the same. Some others think the show is releasing either on May 17, May 20 or May 28. Also starring Raghubir Yadav, Chandan Roy, and others, fans think the show will likely release this month.?

Panchayat season 3 release date

However, as per an insider, the show will release in the last week of May. A source told Pinkvilla that Amazon Prime Video is planning to release Panchayat season 3 on May 28.

Earlier, the grapevine was abuzz with rumours that the makers of the show want Panchayat season 3 to release after the IPL 2024, as they didn't want the show's viewership to be affected by the craze for IPL.

As per speculations, Abhishek might be transferred from Phulera and Aasif Khan's character, Ganesh, known for his memorable catchphrase "Gazab bezzati hai" might return. Jitendra Kumar, who plays the lead role, had earlier said, "There is no pressure though many things have improved in comparison to the earlier season, yet it has few similarities as well. I think the viewers will love season two as well, owing to its accelerating situations and the intriguing storyline." The series is helmed by Deepak Kumar Mishra.?

He also said that the show is very close to his heart and added, "I am grateful to the audiences for making ‘Sachiv Ji’ a household name. This character, this show, has become a part of me, and I can’t wait to share more of Abhishek’s journey with the world in Season 3."
