Rakt Bramhand OTT Release:?Aditya Roy Kapur is teaming up with filmmakers Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK for an exciting new action-fantasy series. Developed by?Sita R Menon and directed by Rahi Anil Barve, known for Tumbbad (2018), the series eyeing a late 2025 or early 2026 release. As per an HT City report, The team recently finished the first round of shooting in Mumbai. To prepare for his role, Aditya spent three months training in sword fighting, horse riding, archery, and other physical arts. Raj and DK mentioned that the character he plays needs strength, intensity, and a touch of craziness¡ªand Aditya has been working hard to bring that to life.
Raj and DK shared their excitement about the show, saying, "We want to create a world that¡¯s both original and reminds us of the fantasy tales we grew up with. Aditya brings exactly what we need to our lead character and his dedication to the role is impressive." Aditya added, ¡°I¡¯ve always been a fan of Raj and DK¡¯s work. They have a unique way of telling stories that are fresh and exciting. Their passion for this project is infectious, and I love their vision for it.¡±
This show marks Aditya¡¯s return to the action genre after his 2020 film Malang. He shared his excitement about the role, saying, ¡°The prep has been intense, but learning new skills is one of the best parts of being an actor. This show has me doing everything from sword fighting to archery and horse riding. But beyond the physical work, the mental preparation has been just as important.¡±
Rakt Bramhand - The Bloody Kingdom promises to be an action-packed, visually stunning fantasy set in a bloody kingdom.
