1. Sharmila Tagore Reveals She Battled Cancer
In the episode, Karan disclosed that he had extended an offer to Sharmila to play Alia Bhatt's grandma. Shabana Azmi eventually took on the role. During this conversation, Sharmila disclosed that she was battling cancer.
¡°I had offered Sharmila ji the part played by Shabana Azmi in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. She was my very first choice. Due to health reasons at that time, she couldn¡¯t say yes but it is a regret I have,¡± Karan Johar said.
She added, ¡°This is at the height of Covid. They hadn¡¯t really grappled with Covid at that time. They didn¡¯t know the vaccine¡ We were not vaccinated. You know, after my cancer. So, they didn¡¯t want me to take that risk.¡±
2. Kareena Kapoor¡¯s Video Message For Saif
While talking about Saif, Kareena said, ¡°What does Saif mean to me? Saif is my entire being. He is my entire universe. My whole life revolves around my Saif. My eyes well up every time I talk about him. He's my life,¡± she said. She also talked about how she really liked Saif in the very first meeting. She said, ¡°My favorite memory will always be the first time I met Saif. We were shooting in Ladakh, and he was sitting shirtless on top of the vanity van.¡±
3. Amrita And Saif¡¯s Divorce
Saif claimed that Sharmila Tagore was in Mumbai to see him when he informed her that, the day before, he had wed Amrita, despite her recent advice to the contrary.? As your parents are the ones who raise you, Sharmila clarified, sharing "every aspect of your life" with them is a good idea.
Saif went on to say that Sharmila was the first person he told when he made the decision to split with Amrita. Sharmila did, however, also spoke about the "not so harmonious time" that ensued after the split.

Talking about the shoot, she said, ¡°The photographer was slightly worried. I just thought I looked very nice. When it came out in Filmfare, I was in London and unaware till Shakti (Samanta) ji called me and said, ¡®Will you come back quickly? There are terrible things happening here.'¡±
Sharmila Tagore added, ¡°Questions were asked in the parliament.¡±
She went on to add,? ¡°I used to live alone, and I was very upset with all this. It was completely the opposite of what I thought would happen. So I sent a Telegram to Tiger, and he said, ¡°I¡¯m sure you¡¯re looking very nice. So that was my support.¡±
5. Saif Ali Khan Recalls Time When He Stayed With Gulzar
Saif shared, "I stayed there (At Gulzar¡¯s place) for a couple of days, and then I went out. We were 20 or 19. Somebody said, 'Let's go out. Mumbai is so much fun and everything.' We came back a little late, or rather a little early in the morning. Gulzar Sahib was up. I was horrified to see. He was in a crisp white Kurta-pyjama, looking very fit and well like he always does. Playing the sitar and doing riyaaz (practising). He was horrified to see me coming home at this time."
