Tamannaah Bhatia will play a hitherto unseen character in the film, set in the authentic "bouncer town" of Asola Fatepur in North India.?In her upcoming movie "Babli Bouncer,"?Tamannaah?discusses in detail how she prepared for the part of a female bouncer.
The actress admits that her own family was the source of inspiration for her role during a talk with the host of The Kapil Sharma Show.
Most people don't know that my bhabhi is Haryanvi. When I heard the narration of this film I thought to myself that I had a real-life inspiration around me because she has a happy-go-lucky personality. She steals my brother's clothes and wears them as if she doesn't have any of her own. She is someone whom I see as being a real-life person.
She further continued, "I thought this character is going to be fun. We have to imagine and do a lot of research to get into the skin of a character in most films, but here, my inspiration comes from my bhabhi."
The story's protagonist is a one-of-a-kind female bouncer. The film would look at several aspects of her line of work; the bouncing sector is normally dominated by men, so watching Tamannaah play Babli Bouncer would be exciting. Alongside Tamannaah, the film will feature Saurabh Shukla, Abhishek Bajaj, and Sahil Vaid, who will play crucial characters.
Since she was in "Baahubali: The Beginning," Kapil humorously remarked that she must have known from the start, "Katappa ne Baahubali ko kyun maara."
The actress stated, "I had a stomach ache for a year trying to keep the secret. It was quite a difficult thing to do and the funny part is that I got to know about it a day before the release of Part 1 because the team kept it a secret from me too."
Babli Bouncer, a coming-of-age drama with a comic undertone, will be available for streaming on Disney+Hotstar on September 23.
