Not much is known about the storyline of the Tamil show Thalaivettiyaan Paalayam, but according to the official synopsis given by IMDb, the series will revolve around a modern engineer who starts working as a secretary in a village panchayat after finding difficulty in getting a decent job in the city.?
Well, there is no official confirmation about?Thalaivettiyaan Paalayam?being the Tamil version of Hindi show Panchayat from the makers so far, but there is decent buzz on the same. People ever since the show was announced by Prime Video have been speculating this as Panchayat has not been dubbed in regional languages like Telugu and Tamil so far, and this upcoming show can be the real reason.?
The Hindi show Panchayat is streaming on Prime Video and has three seasons in total so far. The show too, like Thalavettiyan Paalayam, is about an engineering graduate named Abhishek who, after being unable to find a job according to his qualification, takes up a job in a village.
