Miss You OTT release update: Siddharth and Ashika Ranganath's highly-anticipated film has finally found a theatrical date after a significant delay. The movie is all set to arrive on the big screen on December 13 this year. The digital rights of Miss You is with Prime Video which has currently scheduled the Telugu romantic comedy for a December 27 premiere.
However, this will likely be postponed considering this slate was made by the streaming giant based on Miss You¡¯s initial theatrical release date. A new OTT date might arrive in the usual 28-40 days considering the reception of the film.
Other than Siddharth and Ashika, the rom-com also stars Karunakaran, Bala Saravanan, Sha Ra, Lollusabha Maran, Sastika, Ponvannan, Jayaprakash, Ravi Mariya, and Sharath Lohithaswa among others. Written and directed by N. Rajasekar, Miss You has been produced by Samuel Mathew under the banner of 7 Miles Per Second Productions.
Miss You has Ghibran on music, K.G.Venkatesh on cinematography, Dinesh Ponraj on edits, Dinesh Kasi for action, Siva Sankar on art, Ashok Kumar, Nandhitha Ramesh for costume design and R. Ashok for dialogues. The screenplay has been written by N. Rajasekar. Lyricist Mohan Rajan has penned the songs with Red Giant Movies distributing the film worldwide.
In a runtime of 125 minutes, Miss You explores the life of Vasu (Siddharth) who meets Subbulakshmi (Ashika Ranganath) in a coffee shop. Initially, he is poles apart from the lady and dislikes her due to their frequent clashes. However, he unexpectedly falls for her while not being able to figure out how.
