It’s Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam’s 89thbirth anniversary today. The man was and will always be an inspiration. He was our 11thpresident and was famously known for his outstanding contribution to space science.And today on this special day, everyone is remembering him and his remarkablejourney including our Bollywood celebs.
Right from AyushmannKhurrana, Kangana Ranaut, Bhumi Pednekar, Anushka Sharma, Arjun Kapoor, MadhuriDixit to John Abraham penned a note for Dr Abdul Kalam.
Bhumi writes, “RememberingDr APJ Abdul Kalam the missile man of India on his birth anniversary his workwisdom and way of life have always inspired me. we are lucky to have had suchan inspiring leader and scientist make our country proud and take forwardlearning and science. (sic)."
While Anushka writes abouthow he inspired us, “We are all born with the divine fire in a fullstop our efforts should be to give wings to this fire and fill the world withthe glow of its goodness’ Remembering Dr APJ Abdul Kalam sir on his birthanniversary today. You have inspired generations and we will look up to youforever. (sic).”
Arjun Kapoor shared a blackand white image of Abdul Kalam and wrote,“Paying homage to our formerPresident, Dr A.P.J Abdul Kalam sir who was an exceptional leader and truly avisionary! The contributions made towards the betterment of a nation is somethingthat we will cherish forever (sic)."
Ayushmann Khurrana wished him in his best way possible, “No matter what is the environment around you, itis always possible to maintain brand of integrity.' Remembering Dr. A.P.J.Abdul Kalam sir on his birth anniversary (sic).”?
Apart from them, Madhuri Dixit, John Abraham and many other Bollywood celebs remembered the genius.
Kalam died on July 27, 2015and before his death, he had insisted to not declare a National holiday butwork extra instead, “When I am dead, do not declare a holiday. Instead, work aday extra.”
And that’s why he is an INSPIRATION.
