Mukesh Ambani, the Managing Director and Chairman of Reliance Industries is India's wealthiest man in India with net worth of?$88.5 billion, as reported by Forbes. But in the eye of Bollywood actor Annu Kapoor, even he is a struggler.?
Annu Kapoor calls Mukesh Ambani a struggler
For context, Kapoor was talking to Times Now about "struggling artists" when he made this comment. He asked who is a struggling artist. To which, he said everyone on Earth is a struggler, even India's richest man Mukesh Ambani.
"Mujhe isss Prithvii pe ek aisa insaan bata do jo struggle nahi kar raha hai."
He added that struggle, unlike what people think, isn't only for money and fame.?
"Aapko struggle lagta he ki sirf dhan ka hai, ya yash ka hai."?
Then, he said Ambani is a struggler too.?
"Aap agar Mukesh Ambani se bhi puchenge, unka bhi struggle hai, woh bhi struggler hai."?
What he meant was that everyone has their own battles to fight.
For the unversed, Annu Kapoor is known for his unapologetically blunt statement. Talking about Aamir Khan, he once said, "Kaun hai woh, I don't watch his films."
He said this during the time when Aamir's Laal Singh Chadha had released and was courting controversy as people demanded boycott on Twitter.?
That's when Annu Kapoor said, "What is that? I don't watch movies. I don't know."?
Furthermore, he added, "Movie he nahi dekhta mein na apni na parayo ki. Mujhe pata bhi nahi hain yeh kaun hai sach much. Toh mein kya bata paunga ki kaun hain woh. I have no idea."
