Mumbai's Sessions Court has adjourned Aryan Khan's bail hearing untill tomorrow. This means that Shah Rukh Khan's 23-year-old son will have to spend another night in jail. The hearing will reportedly not start before 11 am on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has opposed Aryan Khan's bail plea claiming that the 23-year-old is in touch with people who are part of an international drug network. The NCB had previously as well stated that Aryan is an influential personality and his bail could hinder the investigation.
Aryan Khan's lawyer, on the other hand, claimed that his WhatsApp chats are being used as evidence to trap him. "The applicant is innocent and has not committed any crime whatsoever. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case," his bail plea states.?
As per a report, Additional Solicitor General(ASG) Anil Singh for NCB argued in the court, "There are WhatsApp chats between Aryan and a foreign national where commercial quantity of hard drugs and payment is being discussed. This cannot be for personal consumption and that needs to be looked into. We have approached the external affairs ministry to locate the foreign national so that we can investigate that angle further."
Senior lawyer Taraq Sayyed, who is representing Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha in the case, has reportedly argued why would the accused go on the ship to sell five grams charas when they can buy the entire ship? "The 5 grams charas they have allegedly found, will those boys go on the ship to sell it? Like I said earlier, why would they go on the ship to sell 5 grams charas when they can buy the entire ship," he was later quoted by?ETimes.??
