¡°Kaun hai yeh, jisne dobaara murke mujhe nahin dekha? Who is he?¡±
Who doesn¡¯t remember Pooh from Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, one of the iconic character Kareena Kapoor played when she was young in the industry. K3G is a classic movie that Bollywood has ever made. It is one of those movies that you wouldn¡¯t mind watching every weekend with your family, right?
It¡¯s Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham¡¯s 16th anniversary today but the movie is still afresh in our minds.
But there are several scenes from the movie that didn¡¯t make the final cut but they are equally funny. This one below is Karan Johar¡¯s favourite, and he says he finds it super hilarious.
Not many people know that Karan Johar was scared for the film because of Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan¡¯s professional war, he said this his autobiography.
¡°Shooting Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham... was the easiest thing ever. The only problem in the shoot was that Kaho Naa...Pyaar Hai had released by then and Hrithik was this new star. People had started comparing him to Shah Rukh¡¡±
¡°The negativity that crept in was not justified or correct, and it was really sad. I felt Hrithik was the only one during the course of the shooting who needed a little hand-holding. See, the Bachchans didn¡¯t have that equation with him. Shah Rukh was a bit distant at that time because of everything that was happening. Kajol was Team Shah Rukh. So I felt I needed to hold his hand a bit. And we developed a really good friendship.¡±

Last but not the least, here¡¯s the most inspiring line from the film: ¡°Zindagi mein agar kuch banna ho, kuch haasil karna ho, kuch jeetna ho ... toh hamesha dil ki suno ... aur agar dil bhi koi jawab na de toh aankhen band karke apni maa aur papa ka naam lo ... phir dekhna har manzil paar kar jaoge, har mushkil aasaan ho jayegi ... jeet tumhari hogi, sirf tumhari¡±
Time to watch Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham again!
