The YouTuber who started his journey to popularity with TikTok had once climbed up to the terrace of a?10-storeyed hotel in Delhi threatening to jump off after an alleged fight with his wife Payal Malik. It took 17 hours for the Police to convince him to get down.? Armaan Malik whose real name is Sandeep, at that time had about 5 million followers on TikTok, a video feed-based platform, which is now banned in India?following a military clash along the India-China border.?
Armaan Malik accused of rape???
In a few videos uploaded on the platform, he alleged that his first wife Payal and in-laws accused him of raping the housemaid and also filed rape charges against him. In one of the videos uploaded on his TikTok profile, he threatened to commit suicide and added, "My wife Payal and her family members together framed me in a rape case."?In another video, he talks about his maid and someone named Neeraj. In the third video, Sandeep posted a suicide threat letter on his TikTok account, blaming Payal and her sisters for his decision.

"Sandeep was finally rescued around 8.45 am on Monday," an official revealed. According to a senior Police officer, on Sunday, Armaan had checked into the hotel at 1.30 pm on Sunday with his wife Kritika Basera. "She is his second wife and their marriage had taken place a year ago in the same hotel. The couple had come to Delhi from Ahmedabad."
As per an NDTV report, after he was rescued, he was then arrested in a molestation case which was filed by a minor against him.
