In a shocking turn of events, filmmaker Kamal Kishor Mishra has been accused of ramming his car into his wife after she spotted him with another woman. A case has been registered against him, said Amboli police station officials. A video of the incident is doing rounds on the internet.
The video of the incident shows the complainant 35-year-old Yasmin Mishra trying to communicate with Kamal who tries to speed away in his Mercedes car. As he does so, Yasmin¡¯s legs are seen getting stuck under the front wheels as she falls to the ground. Mishra then mercilessly rams the car¡¯s front wheels over Yasmin¡¯s legs. A man was spotted rushing to help Yasmin and pulling her out of the car¡¯s way.
Yasmin who suffered injuries to both her legs, right hand and head, said she spotted another woman in the car. On all such pretexts, she lodged a police complaint against Kamal. See the video here:
As per news agency ANI (Asian News International), an FIR has been registered at Amboli police station against the accused under sections 279 and 338 of the Indian Penal Code related to irresponsible driving and grievous injury to a human being through a rash act. A hunt is underway for the accused.
Kamal Kishor Mishra is known for producing movies such as Bhootiyapa, Flat No. 420, Khalli Balli and Sharmaji Ki Lag Gai. Kamal who made his debut as a producer in 2019 used to work as a contractor before that. He who has roots in Gonda, Uttar Pradesh is popular for producing the Hindi film 'Dehati Disco'.
