Bollywood power couple Kajol and Ajay Devgn marked Diwali with a wholesome celebration at home with family and loved ones like every year. The Do Patti?actress took to Instagram to share heartwarming moments from their intimate festivities with a series of posed and candid shots capturing the highlights of their day with children Nysa and Yug in front and centre.
In the photos, the Devgn family, dressed in their traditional best can be seen basking in the joy of togetherness on the auspicious festival. While the impeccably dressed Devgns served major family fashion goals, it was Kajol's caption that caught our hearts and made us believe that the life of Bollywood's elite is not so different from ours!
Kajol shared the post with caption the, "Diwali is incomplete without our banter" in Hindi. She made us realise the loving squabble that we indulge in with our siblings and parents on a daily basis, particularly during an important day like Diwali, is the same no matter how rich or successful you are!
Kajol's relatable post featured the family of four deciding their poses and posing for photos with Kajol nit-picking over minute details. The last two photos of Kajol with her on Yug gave us a glimpse into their close bond and the shenanigans that the mother-son duo does every day.
Coming to their looks, Ajay, Yug and Nysa were dressed in shades of yellow while Kajol stood out and added a pop of colour to the photos with her emerald green saree. The Singham Again actor twinned with his son in identical lemon-hued kurtas, which featured intricate embroidery, and white pants. While Nysa wore a bright yellow-toned sharara set, featuring floral print, which was paired with a kurta and a dupatta, carried like a cape.
On the other hand, Kajol went with a green saree which was paired with a black, choli-style, sleeveless blouse. The saree was draped traditionally with front pleats and floor-grazing pallu and was accessorised with a statement layered necklace and matching earrings.
