After months of investigation, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has confirmed that Aryan Khan, son of Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan, was not a part of a larger drugs conspiracy.?
SIT pointed out that they found several irregularities in the raid during their investigation.They confirmed that Aryan did not have any drugs, due to which he did not have to surrender his phone.?
According to Aryan's bail order, the Bombay High Court had also stated a similar statement.
The court had confirmed nothing objectionable in WhatsApp chats of Aryan, Munmun Dhamecha, and Arbaaz Merchant, who were also arrested, among several others.?
According to the report, NCB¡¯s cruise raid was not video-recorded, which is the usual protocol according to the NCB manual. Such raids are supposed to be recorded on video.
