Nia Sharma wishes fans 'Happy Navratri' with dance video, trolls say 'aram se bulb nahi phodna hai'

Nia Sharma has been making headlines after she was confirmed to be the first contestant set to appear on the Bigg Boss season 18. While she refused to make any comments about the upcoming show, she took to her Instagram to share a wholesome post sharing a series of photos and videos dressed in traditional attire to wish her fans 'Happy Navratri'. While many of her fans wished her back and showed her love, even through her heartwarming post she found herself becoming the target of trolls with some commenting on her dance skills while others on her attire.

Nia Sharma trolled for Navratri dance video

Dressed in a bespoke black ghagra choli, Nia Sharma was all decked up for the festive season. Nia was shooting for a Navratri special episode of the show?Laughter Chefs?and in between the shoots, she shot an impromptu dance video on the song?Nagada Sang Dhol?from the Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone starrer?Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela.

Since Nia appeared to be shooting the video in her makeup van, she was understandably short on space and almost banged into one of the bulbs fixed on her mirror. This moment caught the attention of eagle-eyed trolls with one of them leaving a comment saying, "Aaram se Bulb nahi phodna hai dandiya khelna hai"

For the festive-centric episode, Nia Sharma wore a bespoke lehenga featuring heavy mirror work details which was paired with a matching Gujarati-style printed backless choli. She styled her outfit with heavy accessories which included a statement 'kamarband' and matching necklace and earrings. Her dramatic makeup was on theme with the outfit as well as the show's long shoot and featured a matte finish, smokey black eyeshadow, heavy eyeliner, mascara and kohl, blushed cheeks and a bold brown lip.

Nia Sharma is no newbie when it comes to people on the internet commenting on her looks, or her outfit choices. There have been several occasions in the past where someone jas commented how she wears 'revealing' clothes. The same situation occurred with this look as well! and one Instagram user commented, "Dinner krte waqt big boss dekhti thi ab nhi dekh sakhungi tumhare dressing family k saath toh nhi dekh sakti".
