No Evidence Against Aryan Khan; Hansal Mehta, Sanjay Gupta Ask Who'll Compensate For His Ordeal

Aryan Khan who was arrested on October 3 from a cruise after a raid by NCB is now a freeman. The Bombay High Court declared that there has beenno evidence against the superstar’s son.

The Bombay High Court in the justification behind thebail for the young lad explained, “There is hardly any positive evidence onrecord to convince this Court that all the accused persons with commonintention agreed to commit unlawful act.

Merely because Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, andMunmun Dhamecha were travelling in the same cruise, that by itself cannot be afoundation for the charge of conspiracy against them”.

Now that Aryan Khan has been granted bail and the High Courthas declared that there has been no evidence in his case, filmmaker Hansal Mehta and SanjayGupta ask who will compensate for what he and the Khan family went through.

Hansal took his Twitter and wrote, “Will the agencyand its officer be apprehended for ‘conscious extortion’?”.

While Sanjay Gupta too has the same question, “SoAryan Khan is and was innocent says Bombay High Court. Who compensates for whathe went through, his family went through.”.

Aryan Khan was in jail for more than 3 weeks and hewas out on bail on the terms of giving attendance at NCB office every week.
