Priyanka Chopra who was one of the celebrities (as UNICEF Ambassador and Supporter) who wrote an open letter asking G7 countries to donate 20 per cent of their vaccines to countries that need them urgently, has now hailed the leaders at Global Vaccine Summit for extending helping hand to poor nations.
Taking to Twitter, PC wrote, "Great news! At the Global Vaccine Summit, world leaders committed to help low & middle income countries vaccinate 70% of their populations by next year!! I applaud these crucial commitments and also the dedicated efforts of @UNICEF ?to ensure relief efforts are equitable..."
