Ratan Tata, the chairman emeritus of Tata Sons, was an icon for industrialists. He also confessed that he watched a lot of television instead.?
In an interview with Simi Garewal for her show?Rendezvous with Simi Garewal, he candidly shared how he unwinds after work. He mentioned he spends time with his dog, takes him out for a run, and goes out as he likes?the change of place. When enquired if he likes listening to music, he revealed he is more driven towards classical and jazz music. He revealed, "I watch a lot of TV these days. I watch movies on TV too. It's been ages since I visited theatres."
When the host asked if he likes watching Hindi movies, he said, "If they come on TV, I am forced to watch them. Ever since I started watching Hindi movies, my Hindi has improved." Simi then asks him to name a Bollywood movie he watched, he however failed to name one. Humrously taking a dig at them, he said, "Hindi movies are violent. I think the amount of ketchup spread in Hindi movies is more than the ketchup spread in all restaurants in Bombay. I am very irritating to be around when I watch television, I become very impatient. I watch four to five channels at a time."

The?romantic psychological thriller directed by Vikram Bhatt was inspired by?1996 Hollywood film Fear.
