In a conversation with ANI, Taapsee revealed she never believed in buying out people to talk good about her or paying them to write good stuff about her. She rather believed that people should like her work organically. When she discussed the same with Shah Rukh Khan, he gave her an analogy that changed her view.?
He asked her to treat marketing agencies as billboards, where one pays to display their advertisements. SRK told her, "So people who want to be paid for saying good, for you they should be treated like billboards... So, they should be used as marketing tools." When she thought about it deeply, she said to herself, "yeah, they are billboards". The?Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba?actress added, "So he actually changed my point of view so quickly with his logic and reasoning, which only an extremely smart man can do."
