As the Police are investigating the snake venom case and YouTuber and former Bigg Boss OTT winner Elvish Yadav's involvement in the case, an audio clip extracted by Times Now and NDTV has revealed details about these rave parties.?
In the phone call, Rahul, the snake smuggler who is one of the five people arrested in the case, has admitted that he is "best in the business". Furthermore, he tells Gaurav Gupta, the People For Animals (PFA) member who laid the trap, that he can arrange python snakes for his party. He also said that he has been in the business for over 15 years.
"There¡¯ll be a trainer who will be at the party so that children can click pictures," Rahul says in the audio adding that the venom has been removed from these snakes.
When Gaurav asked him about arranging snakes for Elvish Yadav's parties, he said, "Elvish ka program rehta hai foreigner type ka. Jo unko book karta hai. Unke yaha toh Police wale bhi nahi aate jab hum program karte hain?Chhatarpur mein. (There are foreigners at his party and the event is usually big. Elvish Yadav has many contacts and even the police don¡¯t come whenever we organise parties in Delhi¡¯s Chhattarpur)."
"These parties last only for 30 minutes and we are the first ones to pack up and leave because he doesn't want to take any risk due to fear of public shame if he gets caught."
The accused then revealed that he has all types of cobras - black cobras, small cobras and even pythons.
As per Ram Badan Singh, a deputy commissioner of police of Noida¡¯s Anti-Narcotic Cell, Gaurav Gupta contacted Elvish Yadav to arrange snakes. He then referred him to Rahul Yadav.
Elvish Yadav has also denied being in the rave party.
Meanwhile, Elvish Yadav who was briefly stopped in Kota for questioning and later released has threatened to file a case against Maneka Gandhi, whose NGO PFA laid a trap for the rave party in Noida.??
Elvish Yadav and?five others ¡ª including Rahul Yadav ¡ª have been booked under sections of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972, and section 120B (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code, according to the FIR.??
