South Celebrities Hail Aamir Khan's Laal Singh Chaddha As A ‘Superior Version’ Of Forrest Gump

Aamir Khan's Laal Singh Chaddha is all set to hit theatre screens tomorrow, August 11, 2022.?

The film which has courted several controversies ahead of its release is a remake of the Oscar winning Hollywood movie Forrest Gump starring Tom Hanks in the lead role.?Now, early reviews suggest that the film has managed win hearts of south Indian celebrities as it has done a decent job.?

Here is what the south Indian celebrities, who have already watched the upcoming movie have to say about the most-anticipated film of the year - Laal Singh Chaddha (LSC).A special screening was held in Chennai by the makers of LSC and Regina Cassandra attended it to watch Aamir Khan's movie.?

Sharing her reaction on the film that has been a talking point of the town, the actress said, "Really loved it. Fabulous job. Kudos to Viacom. Aamir Khan sir has been the best. Kareena Kapoor mam, Mona (Singh) and we also have Chaitanya (Akkineni), it was so nice to see the film. Brought tears to my eyes by the end of it and I was really, really happy to watch the show. All the very best to the entire team."?

Actor Sivakartikeyan too was present at the Chennai screening and expressed that Laal Singh Chaddha "is a beautiful drama about human values and relationship."?

Even Nagarjuna watched Laal Singh Chaddha and was impressed by Aamir Khan's film. The actor took to Twitter to laud the film which also stars his son Naga Chaitanya.?

In his special note, the Bangarraju actor said that it was wonderful to see his Naga Chaitanya grow as an actor and said that the film brought out many emotions as it made him cry, laugh, smile and ponder.?

Adapted by actor-screenwriter Atul Kulkarni and helmed by Advait Chandan, Laal Singh Chaddha sees Aamir Khan as Laal Singh and Mona Singh as his mother. It also features Kareena Kapoor Khan and Naga Chaitanya.
