He is making a comeback after four long years. His film is bound to make a lot of noise. But nobody expected that it will kickstart a row over a song in the film.?
Shah Rukh Khan, at the age of 57, is still managing to woo the audiences and make girls swoon over his charismatic persona in Besharam Rang from Pathaan. However, several people have raised objections to the song that stars Deepika Padukone and demanded a ban on the movie. One of them is Bhartiya Janta Party's (BJP)?MP Pragya Singh Thakur.?
Also known as Sadhvi Pragya, she has urged Hindus to not watch the film.?"Main Hinduon se awaan karti hu uski koi film na dekhe (I urge Hindus to not watch Pathaan)."
The song shows Deepika Padukone and Shah Rukh Khan dancing in?Spain. People have even raised objections to Deepika wearing a saffron-colored bikini.
Bhasker tweeted in Hindi, "Why is terror-accused MP Pragya Thakur giving unemployed vibes? Have all the issues of the people of Bhopal been resolved? You are looking very strange, ma'am."

Earlier,?Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) national spokesperson Vinod Bansal had slammed Deepika's saffron coloured outfit. In a video doing the rounds on social media, Bansal said, "Calling saffron Besharam Rang in a film titled 'Pathaan' shows their mentality...This is shameful. Hindu society will not accept this film."

In the caption, he wrote, "Calling saffron shameless, showing a Hindu woman wearing a saffron dress and becoming a puppet of Islamic Jihadis. Is it a bold scene? There is a limit to anti-Hinduism too! Hindu society will no longer be able to tolerate these tukde tukde gang members who tarnish Bollywood by defaming it."
Not just that, he also criticised?Shah Rukh Khan's visit to Vaishno Devi and said that it is an insult to the goddess. Bringing up the issue of 'love jihad', he demanded that the scenes be immediately removed from the song.
