Everyone knows Mumbai as a city of dreams and aspirations. The city has attracted several people from across the country, who bring their suitcase in the hope of achieving something huge. While some come to just get a job in the city, some have clear aspirations-"Mujhe actor ban na hai.."
Leaving their families and cities, they invest their soul and energy to the city, hoping to get a reward back. However, Mumbai isn't very accommodating and the film industry might be inviting but is not very welcoming. After some gruesome rejections, one might get 'entry' into the world of films, with no guarantee of a bright future. One such person was Karmaditya Bagga.
His love for Bollywood never took a back seat and his yearning to be a part of Hindi Cinema took over his life. Even when he was thousands of kilometers away, studying engineering in the United States, his Bollywood dreams were very much alive.?
During his semester break in his third year in college, Bagga flew down to Mumbai telling his parents that he was going on a casual vacation. However, by then, he had already made up his mind to become an actor. He stayed with a friend and explored his possibilities but sadly, things didn't turn out the way he wanted to.
Talking to HuffPost India, Bagga said,

Recalling his struggling days, he said he would just visit directors randomly and try his luck. But nothing really worked. And that's when he decided to give it all to an app. He said,
"The engineer in me met the actor and I developed an app."
He launched the app in November and within three weeks of launching the app, he has 500 hits with an 83 percent recurring customer base. The app helps struggling actors to get relevant information about auditions in Mumbai and other cities. Talking about the thought that went behind making this app, he added,
