Salman Khan¡¯s life is under concerning threat as jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi is on a mission to kill the actor. This enmity dates back to 1998 when it was alleged that Khan reportedly killed a blackbuck, an animal worshipped by the Bishnoi community. After a long trial, Salman was even acquitted in the case but Lawrence is still after the man due to his personal vengeance.
In a 2008 interview with India Today, Salman was asked about his infamous involvement in the?1998 blackbuck poaching case. He took a pause and asserted,?¡°It¡¯s a long story there and I wasn¡¯t the one who shot the blackbuck.¡± When the journalist asked Khan why didn¡¯t he name the real culprit, he said, ¡°There¡¯s no point.¡±

Soon after this clip made its way to Reddit, several users shared their thoughts. One user wrote, ¡°I feel its Tabu.¡± Another opined, ¡°The gesture he makes when she says, "But you took the rap for it" pointing towards himself and then away, could that be interpreted as "It was a give and take"? Did he get a royal payoff for taking the rap for someone else perhaps?¡±
The third one underlined, ¡°Honestly it¡¯s too late for Salman to put the blame on Saif if he did it or Tabu. One is a man living with such young kids and Tabu is a single woman. Their lives being under threat like that would ruin Salmans rep more.¡±
For the uninitiated, in March 2019, the Rajasthan High Court had issued notices to Bollywood actors Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Sonali Bendre, Neelam and a local resident, Dushyant Singh where Khan was accused of hunting two blackbucks while others were charged with instigating him to poach the animals. Khan had to face a long trial and others were immediately acquitted due to the benefit of the doubt.
