As per Fortune India's report, one of the most loved Indian celebs has paid Rs 92 crore in taxes for ths financial year. Here is the list of the top people:

1. Shah Rukh Khan - Rs 92 Crore

Shahrukh Khan, the Indian actor in Hindi cinema who is often referred to as the Baadshah of Bollywood and also King Khan, has appeared in more than 100 movies. As per the reports, this year the superstar has paid Rs 92 crore in taxes. This year the actor reclaimed his position with blockbuster movies like Pathaan, Jawan, and Dunki. He shattered box office records and became the top tax-paying Indian celebrity.

2. Thalapathy Vijay - Rs 80 Crore

Tamil superstar Vijay is in the second spot with his tax payments. This year his films Leo and Greatest of All Time were proven blockbusters and collectively earned Rs 623 crore.?

3. Salman Khan - Rs 75 Crore

Well, when it comes to box office hits, the name that always comes to every fan's mind is Salman Khan. The actor who is known for his steady box office presence, Salman Khan, has secured the third position on the list of top taxpayers this year among Indian celebs. 4. Amitabh Bachchan - Rs 71 Crore

Often called the Big B of Bollywood, the actor continues to prove his relevance in Hindi cinema even after so many years. Amitabh is on the fourth number of the highest tax-paying celeb list. The sources of Amitabh Bachchan’s earnings include films, advertisements, and different appearances on television.

5. Virat Kohli - Rs 66 Crore

The sports star who has paid a good, big amount of tax this year is Virat Kohli. The cricket icon's sources of income include matches and advertisements. The above tax contributions show the financial success of India’s top celebrities from cinema and sports.
