Christian Bale has revealed that he would not mind returning to the big screen to reprise the role of the Caped Crusader - Batman if Christopher Nolan asked. The actor is all set to make his debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe with the upcoming movie Thor: Love and Thunder.?
He will be seen playing the character Gorr the God Butcher, who is the primary antagonist in the movie which also means he will be seen locking horns with Chris Hemsworth, who plays the God of Thunder.
Christian Bale, who featured in three movies - Nolan's critically-acclaimed Batman Trilogy -starting with Batman Begins (2005), The Dark Knight (2008) and The Dark Knight Rises (2012), expressed that no other filmmaker has approached him to portray the popular DC comic book
"We said, 'Hey, look. Let's make three films, if we're lucky enough to get to do that. And then let's walk away. Let's not linger too long.' In my mind, it would be something if Chris Nolan ever said to himself, 'You know what, I've got another story to tell.' And if he wished to tell that story with me, I'd be in," the actor told ComicBook.com.?
