Diddy threatened to kill 19-year-old college student after alleged sexual assault, claims new lawsuit

Sean 'Diddy' Combs has been served with a new lawsuit that accuses him of threatening to kill a 19-year-old college student and her friend. This is a fresh addition to an ever-growing series of legal troubles for the hip-hop mogul. Diddy is charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. He is currently lodged at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn where he has been since he was arrested on September 16.

A new accuser, under the pseudonym Jane Doe, filed a lawsuit against music mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs in a New York court on October 23. The complaint reveals a disturbing pattern of alleged exploitation. Diddy's lavish events – including music video shoots, photoshoots, and autograph signings – regularly invited members of the public, creating opportunities for potential misconduct. ?"One such event took place in 2004 across the street from Jane Doe’s college campus in?Brooklyn, New York," according to an In Touch Weekly report.

The report further claimed that Jane Doe, then 19, once received an invitation to a Diddy's photoshoot through mutual friends and associates connected to Combs. While the photoshoot meant business strictly, it was the after-party where everything went wrong for Doe.

Diddy invited accuser to a 'more exclusive party'

The photo shoot was a promotional gig for Da Band, a new band Diddy's label Bad Boy Records had signed. The accuser met the now-disgraced rapper at the shoot, where he seemingly invited her and her friend to “a more exclusive party.” After they accepted his invitation, the accuser and her friend were secretly transported to a Manhattan area Mariott hotel by a member of the rapper's entourage.

The lawsuit further claimed that Jane and her friend were pulled away from the main party to a private room. Unaware of what it actually meant, the duo was alerted by guards, saying "You know what you are here for," indicating that Diddy wanted to indulge in sexual activities with them.

Despite their retaliation, Jane and her friend were locked in a room with Combs where he offered them drinks and cocaine. The self-proclaimed Bad Boy initiated his advances towards the two college students “ and eventually began forcibly touch them without consent," as per the lawsuit. It added, “, [Diddy] ordered Ms. Doe’s friend to perform oral sex on him or else he would have them both killed” after they initially refused to submit to his demands. While Doe's friend, scared for their life, complied with Diddy's advances, she begged him to let him leave the room. This made Diddy agitated who switched over to Jane, forcing her to remove her clothes under the threat of violence, disregarding her pleas to stop.

Left with no other option, Jane ultimately gave up, which resulted in Diddy assaulting her sexually, the lawsuit alleges. Hearing Doe’s cries for help, the security guard who had earlier escorted them checked in again to see if everything was okay. While leaving the room, Diddy threatened Jane's life, warning her to remain silent.

Unable to wrap her head around what had just transpired, Doe sat alone in the darkroom for half an hour after Diddy left. Soon after that, another guard walked in and asked her to leave. She gathered her strength and booked a taxi for her dormitory in Downtown Manhattan.

Diddy's team denies allegations?

Diddy's team said, "Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman.”

Despite gruesome details emerging in the Diddy saga, the rapper has pleaded not guilty to the charges. His legal team has failed to secure him a bail. The rapper will go for a trial on May 5, 2025.
