The Argentina Police earlier revealed they were called by the hotel staff on Wednesday (October 16), stating that an ¡°aggressive man who could be under the influence of drugs or alcohol."
"We need to send someone with urgency because I don't know if the guest's life is in danger because he is in a room with a balcony, and we are afraid he could do something that threatens life," the worker told emergency services.
Eyewitnesses further confirmed that Payne was ¡°behaving erratically¡± and was carried back to his hotel room following his dispute with a woman in the hotel lobby. The woman was later identified as one of the two escort workers who had visited singer's room hours before his death.?
