All About Cats developed the list in the style of Forbes by determining the value of each cat based on its popularity on Instagram.?

The media company also stated that the Siamese-Tabby hybrid @Nala cat ranked second, with a net worth just above that of Olivia Benson.?

According to the Rolling Stone article, All About Cats also used Influence Marketing Hub to calculate the potential earnings and likes of each cat's Instagram posts.
