GV Prakash Kumar is in the limelight because of his latest film Kingston, which hit the screens today. According to Manobala Vijayabalan, a trade analyst, the fantasy horror drama is likely to collect less than Rs 5 crore in india on the first day.?

“The advance booking doesn't look great at the moment. The film is expected to take an opening of less than Rs 5 crore,” he told Indiatimes.?

Kingston faces stiff competition from Dragon, which remains a force to reckon with even in its third week.?

“Dragon is having a fantastic run. Kingston must get a positive WoM from the audience in order to emerge successful at the box office,” added Manobala.?

Kingston is GV Prakash Kumar’s first release after Dear, which hit the screens last year.?
