Who is Konda Surekha?

Konda Surekha, born on August 19, 1965, in Warangal, is a member of the Indian National Congress. She represents the Warangal East constituency in the Telangana Legislative Assembly. A bachelor who has?completed her B.Com degree from Warangal's Kaktiya University in 1985, Surekha?was first elected as an MLA in 1999 for the state assembly of the undivided Andhra Pradesh. She was a member of Congress but she left the party and joined YSR Congress and then shifted her alliance to?Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS). When she lost the Telangana Assembly elections in 2018, she moved back to Congress.
