After the lavish 'mameru' ceremony, dandiya night, sangeet ceremony and haldi function, on Wednesday the Ambanis hosted a 'mehendi' function which was preceded by a 'Shiva Shakti' puja to seek blessings for the couple's happy future. 1) Janhvi Kapoor
Janhvi Kapoor looked exquisite in a heavily embellished Anamika Khanna lehenga that was adorned with multicoloured threadwork embroidery in traditional Gujarati motifs and mirror embellishments. She paired the lehenga with a choli that featured a plunging neckline and a purple dupatta with scalloped edges. Janhvi rounded off her look with multicoloured gemstone jewellery and a neat bun adorned with fresh flowers.
2) Shloka Ambani
For her brother-in-law's mehendi night, Shloka Ambani was styled by her sister Diya Mehta Jatia in a golden-hued saree from the luxury fashion label House of Masaba. The striking saree featured intricate zari work and was paired with a half-sleeved blouse and a parrot green dupatta. Ranveer Singh donned an off-white kurta and pants set by Anamika Khanna. The printed kurta featured delicate golden threadwork around the neck. Known for his unique fashion style, Ranveer paired his bespoke outfit with golden pointy shoes and accessorised the look with blingy diamond studs, a wristwatch and his signature sunglasses.

The much-awaited wedding is an opulent three-day affair with the main ceremony or the 'Shubh Vivah' scheduled for Friday, 12th July.
