11 Thoughts We All Get Everytime Appraisal Is Around The Corner!

With the coming of the month of March, it is not only the summer that we welcome but also the coming of appraisal time. We are filled with mixed emotions thinking how much raise we are going to get. It is certainly not the best feeling because there is nothing that you can do about it rather than recalling your past year’s achievements.

However, we all anyway look forward to it because it makes a lot of difference as we like to be appreciated, and if it’s monetary, even better maybe.
